Core Value: Kindness
Working with clients and bringing their creative vision to life is a dream career. I am grateful for the relationships I have built over the years and I work from a "we" mindset—we are
a team, we are working together.
Open, clear, respectful communication is required for
this process to work for everyone. Showing kindness and grace is how I choose to show up in my personal life and in my business. I ask that those I work with show grace and kindness towards me as well.

I am available throughout the process to answer questions, troubleshoot potential issues, or find alternative solutions when needed (even if they are not invitation-related). Planning an event can be stressful but at the end of the
day, we are all humans with feelings and lives. These
events are blessings meant to be celebrated with love
and thoughtfulness. Be kind. Be respectful. Be forgiving.
Be creative. Let's have some fun together and create something amazing together.

Design Details
Every design is given personal attention to detail. Graphics are customized to your event, and unique style. Printing options are digital, screen printing, foil, letterpress, thermography, and engraving. Card stock thickness is available from standard heavy to triple-thick and is available in an array of colors. Special materials like acrylic, napkins, foam boards, as well as other specialty printing are all available so if you have something in mind we've got you covered!
Timeline
Six months (at least) before your event: Let's meet! More time is always better of course. Lack of time is one of the biggest stresses for everyone in the event planning process. Rush timelines are available but extra fees will be calcualted based on the time available for design and production. As long as we are all on the same page (and agreements are signed), I am more than happy to work with you.
Four Months (at least) before your event: Let’s order! Having time on our side paired with my amazing team of vendors will keep the zen we all need in life. Having more time also gives us some wiggle room if in the rare instance an issue occurs.
Two months (at least) before your event: Let's mail! BUT, before you stick your gorgeous invitations in the mail, you must take your FULL invitation suite to the post office to be weighed and measured for the accurate postage. Yvette Streicher Designs will never guess postage. Delivery timing, postage, handling, etc. is not the responsibility of Yvette Streicher Designs. I am not affiliated nor do I work for the US Post Office.
Insider Tip: The Techny post office on Waukegan Road often has a lot of stamp options and will hand cancel if you go early in the week and early in the day. I hear they like donuts and coffee too. ;)
Terms & Conditions
ALL details, spelling, times, dates, etc., must be proofed by the client and are are the responsibility of the client solely. While every effort will be made to ensure information is reviewed, proofing and approval is the responsibility of the client. Clients will receive a final PDF file via email for proofing and approval. Approval will only be accepted via email. NO VERBAL APPROVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Once approval is given, Yvette Streicher is not financially responsible for reprints if an error is found. In the unlikely event that an error is made by me after approval is given, I will fix the mistake at no cost to you. If the final prints match your approved digital proof, REPRINTS WILL BE DONE AT THE CLIENT'S EXPENSE.

Orders canceled before approval of proofs will also be charged any additional costs incurred for materials and time. Orders canceled after approval of proofs will be charged in full with the balance due immediately.
